Chief Stewardess – 50m Charter Motor Yacht (Mediterranean)

We are seeking an experienced Charter Chief Stewardess for a 50m motor yacht based in the Mediterranean. A very busy Charter program with Mediterranean Summer itinerary.

This fast-paced role is ideal for a Chief Stewardess with a background in hospitality and a minimum of 2-3 years of charter experience onboard motor yachts on vessels of similar size. We are looking for someone eager to continue their career in the industry.

The interior is well-equipped for charter, supported by a team of three stewardesses within a crew of12.

Qualifications:

• STCW95
• Medical ENG1
• Food Safety & Hygiene
• WSET 2 ( or equivalent knowledge)
• Full driving license
• English / Fluent
• Schengen/ Visa-Free Exemption (or EU Resident)

Key Responsibilities:

• ⁠Must have proven charter experience
• Hands-on position - Must be a good all-rounder in the interior with a high level of attention to detail.
• Must have strong leadership and mentoring skills; interior-team of 4 including Chief Stewardess.
• Will be working one-on-one with the chef, must have clear communication skills, time management and good culinary knowledge.
• Must be proactive, outgoing and have a positive attitude.
• Experienced in wine, mixology of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Experienced in Housekeeping, Laundry and Service of different styles.
• Have the ability to train and mentor junior crew.
• Work professionally and seamlessly with heads of departments.
• General accounting/ general computer competency.
• Good time management and organisation.
• Good product knowledge and experienced in working with provision companies within cruising areas.
