Experienced Charter Stewardess – 55m Busy Charter Motor Yacht

We’re looking for an exceptionally experienced Stewardess to join a 55m, very busy charter motor yacht.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-organised, professional dual-season programme, with a strong and established Caribbean season ahead.

Programme: Dual Season

Charter: High-volume charter programme

Start: October/November

Salary: Open depending on experience

Contract: Permanent

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Highly experienced and confident working in a busy charter environment
• Highly skilled in guest service, with a strong understanding of high-end charter standards
• Highly knowledgeable across all areas of interior operations
• Energetic, positive and motivated, with a genuine can-do attitude
• Professional, organised and proactive, with the ability to hit the ground running
• A strong team player who knows how to contribute to a positive onboard atmosphere and bring the vibe
• Guest-focused and detail-oriented, with high standards and a genuine passion for yachting

Certifications & Requirements

• STCW
• ENG1
• PDSD
• Food Hygiene Level 2
• All other relevant qualifications and documentation must be current and in place

Beneficial

• Wine knowledge / WSET
• Cocktail experience
• Floristry
• Pilates or Yoga Instructor qualification
